In today's fast-paced world, where information technology plays a pivotal role in streamlining daily affairs, Iran's Judiciary has made significant strides in enhancing citizens' access to justice through modern digital tools. According to recent reports from relevant authorities, the electronic judicial services system now operates around the clock and without geographical limitations, benefiting not only domestic citizens but also Iranians abroad and foreign nationals residing in Iran.

One of the key advancements in this area is the digitization of over 96% of judicial notifications. This development, part of the Judiciary's smartification initiatives, enables case tracking, petition filing, and legal service acquisition at any hour and from anywhere in the world. Legal experts note that this system has substantially reduced the need for physical court appearances, shortening case processing times and lowering associated costs for citizens.

Furthermore, special emphasis has been placed on supporting legal professionals such as lawyers, court experts, and executive agency representatives. Currently, approximately 37% of services provided to these groups are automated via online platforms, boosting productivity and simplifying administrative processes. These initiatives, aligned with the national policies for technological development in the judicial sector, have significantly enhanced transparency and public trust in the justice system.

However, challenges such as the need to bolster internet infrastructure in remote areas and public education on using these systems persist. Judiciary officials stress that continued investment in technology will overcome these barriers, making access to justice more equitable for all citizens.

Ultimately, this digital transformation not only symbolizes technological progress in Iran but also represents a crucial step toward achieving inclusive and efficient justice.
